In order to receive your membership discount, you must sign in to your account before checking out. Your discount will be applied immediately. Please contact the Membership Department at (615) 416-2026 or via e-mail at membership@countrymusichalloffame.org with any questions or to request a refund of your membership.
TICKETS
Ticket Pick-Up Procedures
Please print your email confirmation and present it to the attendant at the front Information Desk upon arrival to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Your reservation will be held under your name and the date of your arrival. Tickets are not mailed in advance.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or changes to your reservation can be made before the close of day on the date of your scheduled visit by calling 615-416-2001. Refunds beyond your schedule date of arrival will not be allowed.

Online Store Information
Thank you for shopping at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum online store. Your purchase supports our mission to identify and preserve the evolving history of country music and to educate our audiences.

Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped via USPS*. International shipping is available, and rates may vary. Insurance will automatically be added to orders exceeding $100. E-mail confirmation will be provided once we process your order, as well as a tracking number to check the status of the order.
*Monoprints ordered from Hatch Show Print will be shipped via FedEx.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is required for items shipped within the state of Tennessee. Tennessee residents pay 9.25% sales tax.
Member Discounts
A 10% discount is available for all members. Discounts are available for merchandise only, and may not be applied to additional memberships, tickets, and/or ticket packages. To purchase a membership, click on the Membership tab located at the top of the homepage. After you have purchased your membership, you can log in with your new user name and password to receive your discount.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition/packaging within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping costs). Apparel cannot be washed or worn, and must be returned with tags. Sales/gift receipts must accompany each return. We cannot accept returns of open CD’s or DVD’s, unless they are defective. Defective items may be exchanged for the identical item.
When returning merchandise, please fill out a return form, and send your item(s), packing slip, and return form via an insured and prepaid method. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
