Country Music Hall of Fame member Buck Owens was more than just a co-host on Hee Haw; he was a true country music pioneer and visionary. He helped create the famous Bakersfield Sound blending honky-tonk with rock, which resulted in that famous twang. Owens influenced the Byrds, the Flying Burrito Brothers, Gram Parsons, the Beatles, Dwight Yoakam, and the Derailers, among countless others. This wonderful collection features twenty-one of Buck's most famous songs, including "I've Got a Tiger by the Tail," "Act Naturally," "My Heart Skips a Beat," "Open Up Your Heart," and more. It's a must!
