This t-shirt mimics the 2011 limited edition poster. It emphasizes PR!NT, the most important thing we do here at Hatch Show Print. The poster’s border is antique and gothic wood type, which is commonly used in the shop. The word PR!NT is printed using Gothic Tuscan, shadowed, and ornamented wood type. At 15” x 14,” it’s an unusual but easy to manage size. Bethany Taylor designed and printed the Limited Edition 2011 Poster and chose this typeface, in part, because we only have the last half of the alphabet. Bethany’s affection for this typeface compelled her to have it etched on her body. True story; her calves are walking Gothic Tuscan exclamations. “I love it pretty bad,” says Bethany, “rock and roll, man.”
